Adjustable jacks on the return roll provide belt tension, while the end idlers on the equalizing bar, discharge roll and take-up rolls guide the belt edge envelope. Spray nozzles remove slurry from the belt edges to prevent material build up on the idlers. CCMC also offers an optional wet cake discharge design.

Where to use

Where filter medium washing is required to prevent blinding.

For the discharge of thin cakes.

For dry cake discharge or sluice (wet) cake discharge.
