1. The first heater of the evaporator must be fitted with a safety valve. The steam pressure in the first effect heater must not exceed 0.01Mpa. Always check the safety valve for faults. Do not be careless.
2. In any case, stop the steam valve when parking.
3. When the evaporator circulation pump fails and stops, immediately turn off the steam.
4. Always check the operation of the pump, whether the oil level is normal, and the amount of cooling water.
5. Always observe the motor current and motor temperature of each device.
6. Under any circumstances, it is strictly forbidden to cut off the material at any one time. The liquid level of the evaporator should be adjusted slowly, and it should not be too big or small.
7. When the ambient temperature of the equipment is below 0 °C, the water in the equipment and its pipeline should be drained to avoid freezing or blocking the pipeline.
