Meichen tube bundle dryers are a safe and reliable dryer due to their operation method. The steam tube bundle rotates slowly and conveys the material to be dried axially through the tube bundle. Shovels elevate the material along the circumference, and then the material trickles through the tube bundle back into the trough. The material gets dried by contact with the tubes and by convection.

Design features

Tube bundles are operated on the counter-flow principle, steam flow moving in the opposite direction to the material flow.

Heating tubes are expanded into the tube plates by using of automatic torque control expanding facility, precisely expanding process increasing both the quality and life of the tube bundle.
